Tenants
Keep complete tenant records — contact details, WhatsApp numbers, documents, and history.
Tenant records are the single source of truth for who rents from you. The name, email, and phone numbers you store here are reused everywhere: on leases, invoices, WhatsApp messages, and e-signature requests — so keeping them accurate pays off across the whole platform.
Adding a tenant
- 1
Open Tenants → New Tenant
Enter the tenant’s full name, email, and phone number. Add their WhatsApp number if they use WhatsApp — most automated messages are delivered there.
- 2
Attach identification documents
Upload copies of IDs or supporting documents to the tenant’s profile so everything is in one place.
- 3
Link them to a lease
Once the tenant exists, create a lease that connects them to a unit. Their payment history then builds up automatically.
Why the email matters
The tenant’s email is used for invoices, signed-report delivery, and e-signature requests. During inspection e-signing, the tenant’s name and email are prefilled from this record and locked, so the signer identity always matches your records.
The tenant profile
Each tenant page shows their active and past leases, payments, documents, and communication history. Use it as the starting point when a tenant calls with a question — everything about them is one click away.
