Organization preferences, your profile, team access, and your PropertyLink subscription.
General settings
Settings → General holds your organization details (name, contact email, phone), preferences such as currency, and the details printed on invoices, reports, and outbound messages. Keep these current — they are your brand on everything tenants receive.
Your profile
Your personal profile controls your login email, password, and display name. The profile email is also the default inspector identity when you e-sign inspection reports.
Subscription & billing
Settings → Subscription & Billing shows your current plan and lets you upgrade as your portfolio grows. Plans differ by portfolio size and feature access.
Team members
You can invite team members to work in your organization. Invited members join through a secure link and only ever see your organization’s data.
Your data is isolated
PropertyLink is multi-tenant by design: every record is scoped to your organization, and an audit log records security-relevant events. No other customer can ever see your data.
