Automated WhatsApp and email messaging, rent reminders, and a full communication log.
PropertyLink talks to your tenants for you. Invoices, receipts, rent reminders, signing requests, and reports can all go out via WhatsApp or email — and every message is recorded, so you always know what was sent, to whom, and when.
Channels
- WhatsApp — the primary channel for most tenants. PropertyLink sends documents (PDF invoices, signed reports) and messages directly to the tenant’s WhatsApp number.
- Email — used for invoices, reports, and e-signature requests, with professional branded templates carrying your organization name and contacts.
- In-app notifications — keep you (the owner/manager) informed of payments, expiring leases, and completed signatures.
What runs automatically
- Rent reminders before and after the due date.
- Lease expiry notifications as end dates approach.
- E-signature confirmations when all signers complete a document.
The communication log
Information → Communications lists every outbound message with its channel, recipient, and status. It doubles as evidence of notice given to a tenant.
