Invoices & ZRA tax
Generate professional invoices with optional ZRA (Zambia Revenue Authority) tax details.
PropertyLink generates branded invoices per lease and lets you choose whether applicable tax is included and shown on each customer invoice.
Generating an invoice

Open Invoices → New Invoice
Choose the lease and billing period. The rent amount and property/tenant details are pulled in automatically.

Choose whether to show tax
Use the Show tax on invoice switch. When it is off, tax is omitted from the total, preview, and generated invoice.

Send it
Deliver the invoice to the tenant by email or WhatsApp. It is archived under the lease and visible on the invoice detail page.
Tenant tax and landlord tax are separate
Applicable VAT may increase a customer invoice. The linked-payment calculation is only an estimate of the landlord’s rental-income-tax liability and is never charged to the tenant.
Invoice history
All invoices live under Financial → Invoices with their status, amounts, and linked lease. Open any invoice to see the full breakdown, resend it, or cross-check it against recorded payments.
